Celebrating, you’re doing it wrong. Connecticut Sen. Richard Blumenthal underwent surgery on Sunday after fracturing his femur. Blumenthal fractured his femur during a mishap at the victory parade for the UConn Men’s Basketball team on Saturday. Apparently, someone was taking a video of the 77-year-old senator during the parade and fell on top of him which caused the injury.

Hardcover or paperback? I’m not much of a reader but, when I do read a book, I have to admit I prefer the hardcover. Some books are only published as one or the other which I don’t get. It’s stuff like this that keeps me up at night.
