Briefly.

Only 13 teams have won an MLB playoff series by winning games 6 & 7. The Red Sox have done it twice (2004 and 1903). Hmmm

Speaking of the Red Sox… only 7 teams have lost back-to-back post season games by more than 7 runs. The Red Sox have now done that twice!

You might recall that last week I mentioned Wednesday, October 20 in New England? Well, it turned out to be Black Wednesday as the Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins all went down. (No, the NE Revolution’s win does not count)

I golfed last week and wore white shorts. My golfing partners were all over me for wearing white after Labor Day.
