There have been 3 no-hitters in the majors this season and that doesn’t include Madison Bumgarner’s 7-inning effort. As analyst Tim Kurkjian noted, “…everyone throws 95+ and has at least one almost unhittable pitch…”
So, Bill and Melinda Gates are splitting up after 27 years of marriage. “… we ask for space and privacy for our family as we begin to navigate this new life.” Ya, good luck with that. I read one article “Sources alleged to TMZ…”
The Red Sox Franchy Cordero, mired in a 0-25 slump, went 3-5 last night and made a great defensive play. Hey, work with me here.
Speaking of the Red Sox, I’m as optimistic as they get but let’s keep in mind that April was their most Fenway-friendly month on their calendar.
Speaking of the Bruins, they’ve won 5 of their last 6 and are looking good. Interesting goalie battle with Rask, Swayman and Halak.

When I was in the 6th grade all I thought about in my spare time was playing basketball at recess the next day.
50-year-old Phil “Lefty” Mickelson shot a 7-under par 64 yesterday to grab a 2-stroke lead in the Wells Fargo Championship. Stay tuned.
