I got a new stick deodorant. The instructions said: Remove cap and push up bottom. I can barely walk but when I fart, the room smells lovely.

Good news: Cleveland Browns quarterback Jameis Winston threw for 497 yards on Monday night, a MNF record, though the Browns lost the game.

Bad news: Winston also through 171 yards worth of interceptions yards (2 pick-6’s) which, combined with his passing yards, set an NFL record of 668 combined yards. Yikes!

NFW: Bill Belichick could be headed to parts unknown to him. The legendary coach has interviewed for the head coaching job at the University of North Carolina. (No way this happens)

Local Dave McGillivray, race director of the B.A.A. Boston Marathon and longtime endurance athlete, completed the Ironman World Championship triathlon in Hawaii back in October. Keep in mind that McGillivray, who’s 60 and hadn’t competed in the event in 25 years, is a member of the USA Triathlon Hall of Fame, completed eight Ironman Triathlons in Hawaii in the 1980s, finishing 14th overall in 1980. McGillivray was diagnosed with severe coronary heart disease a year ago.
